I was really getting tired of Movable Type’s comment spam so I tried upgrading to the newest version. However, the damn thing just wasn’t very cooporative so I ditched it and moved to Wordpress. I hope I won’t have any trouble with this new (to me) software.
Now I’m just looking for a spell checking plugin.

I’m sure you’ve heard that Warren Buffet of Berkshire Hathaway fame is giving away 85% of his assets to charity. But did you know you can also have lunch with him too?
Currently at a cool half MM.

Adobe bought out the company that makes my current RAW converter.
Thanks Pixmantec for selling out and leaving your customer base in the dust.
The current pay-for version is immediately discontinued and the free version will be available until LightRoom comes out.
Great, even with the LightRoom “discount” there’s no free supported upgrade path if I ever get a new camera body and need a RAW converter that supports it.
Screw You.

Ok. Time for me to blogmaverick a bit. I can understand the national media hype being uninformed and saying the Heat will win because Pat Riley and Shaq have all this “experience” under their belts while the Mavs have nothing. Let’s dispell some of them though:
- Mavs and Heat are both first time appearances in the finals. Neither team have a real “edge” over the other know what it feels like to be there.
- Riley’s “experience” still hasn’t gotten him a ring since the Lakers of “SHOWTIME” fame. His last two teams have lost at the finals.
However, what I can’t stand are our own media predicting the Heat will win. What the hell is wrong with them? Granted, a lot of them don’t regularly write about the Mavs, but wtf? You won’t even root for your home team? Shame on you. I really wish the media would be held more accountable for their predictions. Such sensationalism is bullsh*t. They have lost all credibility in my eyes. Please eat your words when this is all over. And don’t make me read your crap anymore BlackiSTONE[D].
I do however, enjoy the writing that is DB.
